Integrated Low-E Edge Deletion
The computer-controlled edge deletion head removes Low-E coating from the designated perimeter of the glass using an abrasive fiber wheel. An integrated vacuum system captures Low-E dust during the deletion process. Once the coating is removed, the cutting head scores the glass according to the programmed cutting pattern, creating a streamlined automated process from coating removal through glass sizing.
