PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PST Standard Dust Collector is a totally enclosed dust collector specifically designed to work with the PST Twin Seamer or the PST Low-E Edge Deletion Machine.

FEATURES

The PST Standard Dust Collector is powered by a heavy duty, optional 1 HP or 3 HP, and optional 110 volt or 220 volt, single phase blower unit with a collector capacity of 650 CFM.

The PST Standard Dust Collector includes three MERV 30” x 24” pleated high efficiency replaceable filters that are totally enclosed in a heavy gauge metal cabinet for long life.

The PST Standard Dust Collector removes particles down to a level of 3 microns in size. The high efficiency removal of low-e coating particles, which are classified as carcinogens, allows for personnel safety.

The PST Standard Dust Collector can be equipped with optional HEPA filter unit capable of removing particle size down to level of ½ micron. The HEPA unit removes 99.97% of all particles. Model type purchased by PPG.

The replaceable filters are mounted inside the dust collector housing. The hinged door on the collector housing allows for easy access to filter units which simply slide into the container slots installed in the collector housing. Replacement filter units are low cost and readably obtainable.

The PST Standard Dust Collector size is 24” wide x 26” deep x 54” overall height.
