Ball Caster Transfer Table

Designed for the manual transfer of glass lites and insulated glass units. PST offers standard table sizes or made-to-order table sizes. Each table size is offered in three standard ball caster spacing configurations suitable for large to small glass pieces.

Features and Specifications

Standard ball caster pitch spacing – 12” x 12”, 6” x 8”, 6” x 6”.
Design working design payload > 20 lbs / sq-ft. Smaller area discrete loading – max 50 lbs / sq-ft
Standard table height 36" ± 2” (34” to 38”).
2” dia ball casters molded from rubber compound to ensure a scratch-free glass environment.
Each ball caster is securely screw-mounted onto the steel frame.
Table top frame fully MIG welded from 2” x 2” heavy wall tubular steel.
Leg height and leveling adjustment ± 2” (1 ¼” dia all-thread jack bolts).

Bolt on legs for ease of shipping will apply to wide table sizes or multiple unit orders.
Industrial paint color: standard PST green or safety blue, custom color match optional.
