Operating Sequence Overview

First lite is positioned on the table and secured via air flotation or vacuum hold-down.
Muntin grids are accurately aligned on the first lite.
Operator prepares second lite for assembly.
Table top tilts up to 85° for ergonomic mating of glass lites.
Second lite is carefully aligned and placed onto first lite.
Table returns to flat position for transfer to next production stage.
