Installation & Support
The CNC Glass Lite is delivered fully prepared for plug-and-play installation. Customers connect the wiring harness and ducting, and PST provides three hours of pre-paid technical support for startup assistance, covering hardware setup, software configuration, and scoring optimization. Internet connectivity is recommended for remote diagnostics and support during setup.
Warranty & Service
The system includes a six-month warranty covering parts and technical support (excluding consumables and operator-related damage). After the warranty period, ongoing technical support is available in flexible 3-hour service blocks for continued assistance as needed.
