The Aculite Bullet Hydraulic Tilt Top is a CNC precision glass shape and linear glass cutting table designed for high-speed and high volume glass cutting.
FEATURES
The Aculite Bullet HTT hydraulically tilts to vertical for ease of glass loading. The HTT is fabricated with heavy wall steel tubing to accommodate thick glass plate loads and is also equipped with extremely rigid table top and base design to eliminate reversing stress fatigue, a common mechanical failure in light weight constructed hydraulic tilt tables.
This CNC high precision glass cutting machine scores at speeds in excess of 3,500 inches per minute and includes full geometric shape cutting capabilities with XYZ & random direction scoring on sheet sizes up to 102" x 144”. The extra heavy duty Plenum System assist in floating thick glass plates with a cut tolerance of +/- 1/64” and scores single strength to ¾” thick glass ( 2 mm to 19 mm ) . The Aculite Bullet HTT is driven by a high resolution Servo motor drive system.

SOFTWARE FEATURES
Licensed Aculite software is provided with each system at no additional cost. This high yield software optimizes glass usage over multiple orders, glass sheet sizes and types. The user friendly menu entry library contains twenty two + geometric shapes. All system operating functions are software set, eliminating most mechanical adjustments. Aculite software is equipped for standard DXF file scoring.
