The PST Premium Tilt Top Applicator Seal Table is a high-performance IGU assembly system engineered to improve speed, accuracy, and operator comfort during sealing spacer application and glass unit assembly. Building on the standard Premium Applicator Table, this model adds a pneumatic tilt-top feature that simplifies the transition from spacer application to final unit assembly. With vacuum hold-down, grid alignment, pop-up stops, and controlled glass movement, it delivers maximum precision and efficiency in demanding production environments.

Operating Sequence Overview

Glass lite is placed and centered over the vacuum cup.
Vacuum is activated via foot pedal to secure the lite.
Spacer tape is applied while the glass is rotated.
Table maintains edge alignment and locks at 90° intervals.
Process is repeated on all four sides.
Vacuum is released after completion of sealing.
First lite is aligned using pop-up stops and muntin bars installed.
Pneumatic tilt-top is activated to assist topping of second lite.
Table returns to flat position and completed IG unit is transferred to heat press.
