PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The Aculite Econocut scores at a speed of 3,000 inches per minute ( 50+ inches per second ) and accelerates at 85” per second to reach maximum cutting speed in about ½ per second. The Aculite Econocut is equipped with 3-Axis positioning for square, rectangular & shape cutting capability with X/Y/Z direction scoring
This CNC high precision glass cutting machine scores to maximum sheet size of 72” x 130” & 84" x 130" and is equipped with built in glass pneumatic pop up positioning stops, cuts to tolerance of +/- 1/64” and scores single strength to 3/8” thick glass ( 2 mm to 10 mm ).
The Aculite EconoCut is driven by a high resolution/high torque digital Servo motor system and is equipped with 3 HP air flotation system.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
Fabricated from heavy duty all MIG welded steel construction from 3” x 2” & 3" x 3" heavy wall tubular steel.
SOFTWARE FEATURES
Licensed Aculite software is provided with each system at no additional cost. This high yield software optimizes glass usage over multiple orders, glass sheet sizes and types. The user friendly menu entry library contains twenty two + geometric shapes. All system operating functions are software set, eliminating most mechanical adjustments. Aculite software is equipped for standard DXF file scoring.
