The PST Easel Grid Table grid surface is fabricated from a solid slab material, which prevents the glass from being scratched, and the alignment lines have been scored on 5/8” centers for aligning muttons to make IG units.
FEATURES
The Easel's working surface area is 48” x 84”. The working surface tilts at angle of 85 degrees to vertical and the easel is equipped with four (4) vertical supports/stops along the horizontal bottom edge of the easel to both support and align the glass lite during the mutton installation and the glass lite topping process.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
The superiorly constructed table is equipped with two (2) Aluminum 40 x 40 mm extrusions (each 2 feet in length) which are installed on each end of the easel. A glass alignment stop is installed in one of these extrusions. The stops are in place to properly locate the glass lites on easel surface relative to the cut grid lines and the side glass stop can to be located (on the aluminum extrusion) on either the right side or left side of the easel so that user can determine which direction is desired to process the IG Unit ( right to left or left to right ).The support frame is fabricated from all MIG welded 2” x 2” tubular steel.
