Twin Seamer Air Float Table

Designed to work alongside TWS 4x106 Dry or Wet Glass Twin Seamer

The Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table is designed to work alongside the PST TWS 4x106 Dry or Wet Glass Twin Seamer, providing air-assisted glass handling for faster, easier edge finishing. By supporting the weight of the glass on a cushion of air, the table reduces operator fatigue and allows all four edges of the glass to be seamed efficiently and accurately.

Features and Specifications:

Frame Structure: Fabricated from 3" x 2" and 2" x 2" heavy-wall tubular steel with fully MIG-welded construction.
Tabletop Assembly: The carpet-covered tabletop protects glass surface from marking during processing.
Adjustable: 2" x 3" heavy-wall tubular steel legs with integrated 1" threaded jack bolts for precise leveling without shims.
Operator Cutout: 22" x 22" operator access cutout for improved handling of smaller glass lites.
Machine Cutout: 11" x 16" machine insertion cutout for seamless integration with the Twin Seamer.
Air Float System: Full-plenum air flotation system powered by a standard 3 HP blower (5 HP optional).
Customization: Available for 208V, 230V, or 480V, 3-phase electrical service (voltage specified by customer).
