PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PST Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table operates in conjunction with the wet/dry TS106 Glass Twin Seamer. The PST Twin Seamer Air Flotation table makes twin seaming easy because it supports the weight of the glass allowing the operator to seam all four glass edges quickly without fatigue.

FEATURES

The superiorly constructed table is fabricated with a 14" x 22" operator cutout on one side of the table and a cutout for locating Twin Seamer on the far side of the table. The personnel cutout is designed to give the operator closer access to the Twin Seamer when edging smaller sized glass lites.

MECHANICAL FEATURES

The PST Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table top frame is fabricated from all MIG welded steel construction from 3" x 2" heavy wall tubular steel. The Table top comes furnished with either solid slab PVC material or carpet covering to customer specification.

Each twin seamer leg is equipped with a built in 1 1/4" diameter threaded jack bolt for adjustable height capabilities. The legs attach to the table top frame with bolts and are removable. These adjustable legs allow the user to level the table without floating the floor or using shims.

SPECIFICATIONS

The PST Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table is equipped with 3 hp air flotation system and operates on 230, 460 or 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz electrical power ( Customer to specify voltage ) and is fully assembled ready for use.

The PST Twin Seamer Air Flotation Table is 48” wide x 96” in length with 16” wide Twin Seamer and 22” wide operator cutouts. Tables are available in custom built sizes as well.
