PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PST Heavy Duty Industrial Quality Dust Collector is total enclosed and specifically designed to work with the PST Twin Seamer or Low-E Edge Deletion Machine.

FEATURES

The PST Industrial Dust Collector is powered by heavy duty 1 HP, 110 or 220 volt single phase blower unit with collector capacity of 650 CFM and is also available with 2 hp or 3 hp models, 208, 230 or 480 volt, 3 phase blower units with a collector capacity of 900 and 1,200 CFM, respectively.

The multiple collector bags have large filter areas and are totally enclosed in a heavy gauge metal cabinet for long life. The PST Industrial Quality Dust Collector removes particles down to a level of 3 microns in size. The high efficiency removal of Low-E coated particles, which are classified as carcinogens, is necessary for personnel safety.

The PST Industrial Dust Collector may be equipped with optional HEPA filter unit capable of removing particle size down to level of ½ micron. The HEPA unit removes 99.97% of all particles. Model type purchased by PPG.

The lever shake down of collector bags makes the task of cleaning a simple and dirt free procedure with a pull out slide drawer for easy debris removal.

The PST Industrial Dust Collector Size is 26" wide x 21" deep x 72" overall height. Single HP & and 3 HP models are equipped with 12 and 30 oversized replaceable filtration bags.
