The PST KKO-17 Rotating Sealing Stand is designed for sealing insulated glass units with a vacuum cup size of 7” in diameter.
This rotating sealing stand has a variable speed rotational control range from 0 minimum to 5 maximum RPM and the cup frame is extendable from minimum 12” x 12” to maximum of 24” x 24” with a maximum diagonal distance of 40" across the frame. The maximum recommended sized IG Unit for sealing is 60” x 60”.
The KKO -17 Rotating Sealing Stand is an economical priced rotating cup sealing stand for speed of production and operator satisfaction that can handle all types and sizes of IG units and features nitrile ball casters to prevent glass units from scratching.
The KKO-17 Rotating Sealing Stand is a power operated stand used to facilitate the sealing of single insulating glass units up to 50 pounds. The frame is constructed from heavy duty tubular aluminum extrusion that is topped with an upper telescoping frame upon which 4 swivel ball casters are mounted. The footprint size of the table is 42” x 42” upon which a rotating 7” diameter vacuum cup is mounted. The Vacuum cup support frame retracts to a minimum size of 16” x 16” and extends to a maximum size of 24” x 24” with a diagonal support distance of 40”. The table is capable of processing minimum sized IG units of 8” x 8” to maximum sized unites of 60’ x 60”.
The rotating vacuum cup is powered by a variable DC gear head motor with speed control. The vacuum cup rotation is actuated by an electrical foot pedal switch with a rotational speed that is variable between 0 and 5 rpm. The cup frame is 34" high in its lowest position and can be adjusted to a maximum height of 36”. The rotation is actuated by an electrical foot pedal and the vacuum source to the cup is actuated via a foot pedal switch. The PST KKO-17 Rotating Sealing Stand operates on 115 volt, 60 hz, single phase AC power with a minimum of 85 psi compressed air @ 2 cfm.
Directional rotation and speed control allows for the applicator to stand in one position and work at his/her own pace and has height adjustment for comfort during application.
