Designed to work in tandem with PST Glass Twin Seamer

The Twin Seamer Ball Caster Table is specifically designed to work in tandem with a Twin Seamer. The seamer table provides both a cut out for the Twin Seamer machine and Operator. These table cutouts improve operator access during the seaming operation. The ball caster table is suitable for both wet or dry seaming operations; ball casters are chrome plated and subject to minor corrosion over time based on overspray.

Frame Size: Standard table frame size 50 x98” , customer size available.
Caster Spacing: Ball caster spacing - 12 x 12” or 6 x 8” for smaller glass.
Machine Cut Out: Glass Twin Seamer cut out - 8” deep x 14” wide.
Operator Cut Out: Twin Seamer operator cut out 14" deep x 22" wide.
Ball Casters: 2” plated non-scratch rubber ball casters.
Payload: Working design payload exceeds 20 lbs per sq-ft.
Working Height: From top of ball casters 36" ± 2”, all thread height / leveling adjustment.
Frame Structure: Fully MIG welded from 2" x 2" heavy wall tubular steel.
