The PST Premium Applicator Table is engineered to streamline the assembly of insulated glass units by enabling fast, accurate application of sealing spacer tape and precise alignment of the second lite. Built on a heavy-duty automated platform with enhanced positioning features, it improves production efficiency, operator accuracy, and handling safety. The Premium version adds a grid top, vacuum hold-down, and pop-up alignment stops for superior control throughout the assembly process.

Operating Sequence Overview

Glass lite is placed and centered on the vacuum cup.
Vacuum is activated via foot pedal to secure the lite.
Operator applies sealing tape while glass is rotated.
Table automatically maintains edge alignment and locks at 90° intervals.
Process repeats for all four sides.
Vacuum is released after completion.
First lite is aligned using pop-up stops, muntin bars installed, and second lite positioned.
Completed IG unit is transferred to heat press.
